Welcome to the ECS Recruit/Onboard website. We provide Virtual Customer Support opportunities to people who want to work remote. We are seeking experienced customer service, call center, virtual support reps, administrative professionals interested in customer satisfaction & administrative working from home. If you like guiding and helping others find answers, then we could definitely use your help as a virtual support professional working from your home. This is a third party 1099 opportunity. It involves using your home computer and remotely answering inbound phone and/or video calls and live chats over the internet from your home office to assist individuals with customer related support questions as they have issues.Training and Certification start in a few weeks with a variety of times available during the day and evening that may fit your schedule. Other opportunities to service are also available to choose from based on your strengths and preferences.

 

As a heads up, these positions requires a home office set-up. Certain client programs may have additional requirements above and beyond the ones listed in our job descriptions and tech specs document. These additional requirements are reviewed in the Opportunity Announcement for the client program you select. 

 

Technical Requirements:

Our ECS Virtual Support_ All-In-One Tech Doc includes the the following technical requirements: details regarding the minimum requirements for PC/MAC, accessories, software and internet/phone service providers, lists the Dos and Don’ts for items such as headsets, security software and other equipment, ASD (Assigned Secure Desktop), an overview of a tool designed to temporarily convert a PC into a “servicing station”, VGS (Virtual Gateway System), overview of a call routing system that helps improve consistency and efficiency for client programs, detailed information about the PC Scan and Results.

 

Note: Service Partners and their agents servicing client programs that route calls through the VGS system will need to be able to dial long distance on their service lines (outside of the 786-area code) which may result in long distance charges. Bulk or unlimited long-distance service plans are recommended and available from most carriers to avoid per-minute charges.

Join ECS as a Virtual Customer Support Agent. ECS Virtual Support Agents choose from a number of clients to provide support for customers from the comfort of their homes.  Levels of support include: coordinating roadside assistance for stranded motorists, assisting customers navigating tax company's websites, assisting individuals to schedule medical appointments just to name a few.  ECS agents are true professionals with relatable personalities providing world-class customer service. If you are looking for a growing, family-oriented, professional company, then ECS is the place for you.  With the appropriate computer setup, we can offer you flexible hours with 100% autonomy.   Full-time base pay for ECS agents is $10/hour for 40 hours or more per week.  Part-time pay is $8/hour part-time for 25 - 39 hours per week (willingness to commit to 25 hours or more per week).  ECS also includes bonuses and incentives based on hours worked.  All hours/shifts are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays. Earnings potential is $23,000 over $40,000 per year.  The ECS family is expanding rapidly and we promote from within! If you are committed, reliable and offer great customer support.
