Our ECS Virtual Support_ All-In-One Tech Doc includes the the following technical requirements: details regarding the minimum requirements for PC/MAC, accessories, software and internet/phone service providers, lists the Dos and Don’ts for items such as headsets, security software and other equipment, ASD (Assigned Secure Desktop), an overview of a tool designed to temporarily convert a PC into a “servicing station”, VGS (Virtual Gateway System), overview of a call routing system that helps improve consistency and efficiency for client programs, detailed information about the PC Scan and Results.
Note: Service Partners and their agents servicing client programs that route calls through the VGS system will need to be able to dial long distance on their service lines (outside of the 786-area code) which may result in long distance charges. Full-time base pay for ECS agents is $10/hour for 40 hours or more per week. Part-time pay is $8/hour part-time for 25 - 39 hours per week (willingness to commit to 25 hours or more per week). ECS also includes bonuses and incentives based on hours worked. All hours/shifts are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays. Earnings potential is $23,000 over $40,000 per year.
